Job Description
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that promote the wellness centre’s services, programs, and brand values. This role focuses on driving client acquisition, retention, and engagement through integrated online and offline campaigns while maintaining alignment with the centre’s holistic and wellness-focused mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for wellness programs, classes, treatments, events, and promotions
- Create campaign timelines, budgets, and performance targets
- Coordinate seasonal, launch, and promotional campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of campaign or digital marketing experience (wellness, lifestyle, health, or hospitality preferred)
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Skills & Competencies
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, email marketing tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
- Passion for wellness, holistic health, or lifestyle brands
- Ability to balance creativity with performance metrics

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
