Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced HVAC Design Engineer with strong expertise in designing and engineering HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, residential, and institutional projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complete HVAC design activities from concept to execution support while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete HVAC design process including Chilled Water Systems, AHU Systems, VRF/VRV Systems, Ventilation Systems, Smoke Extraction, and Pressurization Systems.
- Perform cooling load calculations, equipment sizing, ducting and piping design, hydraulic calculations, and system optimization.
- Prepare and review HVAC layouts, schematics, BOQs, technical specifications, equipment schedules, and tender documents.
- Select and evaluate HVAC equipment including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, Pumps, VRF Systems, and Ventilation Equipment.
- Coordinate with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Internal Teams for smooth project execution.
- Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and provide engineering support during project execution.
- Participate in design review meetings, client discussions, value engineering, and technical presentations.
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NBC, IS Codes, NFPA, and other relevant standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement within the design team.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC Design & Engineering.
- Expertise in Chiller Plants, AHU Systems, VRF/VRV Systems, Ventilation & Hydronic Systems.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

- MS Excel
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant HVAC Design experience.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Hospitals, Hotels, Commercial Buildings, Data Centers, Industrial Facilities, High-Rise Buildings, and Pharmaceutical Projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.89 - ₹70,000.64 per month
