We are looking for a Data Lead – AI & Modern Data Platform with strong expertise in Microsoft
Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, and AI-enabled data platforms. The ideal candidate will lead
enterprise-scale data engineering initiatives, define architecture standards, and build secure, scalable
cloud data platforms that support analytics and GenAI workloads.

Responsibilities:
● Design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and
Snowflake
● Define architecture standards, best practices, and scalable data engineering frameworks
● Build and optimize data pipelines, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Semantic Models
● Drive technical decisions around data architecture, storage optimization, orchestration, and
compute patterns
● Enable AI/GenAI-ready data platforms and integrate ML solutions into enterprise workflows
● Implement data governance, lineage, metadata management, security, and compliance standards
● Establish platform observability, monitoring, performance tuning, and reliability practices
● Collaborate with business, product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver scalable data
solutions
● Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
● Lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive architecture decisions across multiple projects
Good to Have:
● Experience with Azure AI Services and GenAI implementations
● Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks Certifications
● Exposure to MLOps, Cloud Migration, and Enterprise Data Modernization
● Strong understanding of distributed computing and large-scale cloud
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
