About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Career Advisors to join our growing team. This is an Inside Sales role where you will interact with pre-qualified leads, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the most suitable professional certification programs.
This is not a cold-calling role. You will work with interested prospects who have already shown interest in our programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with qualified leads via phone and virtual meetings.
- Understand candidates' career aspirations and professional goals.
- Recommend suitable certification programs based on their needs.
- Counsel prospective learners throughout the enrollment journey.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners.
- Resolve candidate queries regarding programs, fees, and career outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Education Counselling, Academic Counselling, Telecalling, BPO, Customer Success, or Sales will have an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with professionals over phone and video calls.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Internet).
