Job Summary
Destination Passion Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced visa/immigration counselor & filer to manage end-to-end visa consultation and application processing. The role involves handling study, tourist, and visitor visa cases for multiple countries while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with embassy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional consultation to clients regarding visa options.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa categories.
- Handle documentation and complete visa application filing accurately.
- Manage study, tourist, and visitor visa cases.
- Ensure applications meet embassy/consulate requirements.
- Follow up on pending applications and provide updates to clients.
- Maintain organized records and ensure confidentiality.
- Stay updated with immigration policies and procedural changes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing or immigration consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of study, tourist, and visitor visa procedures.
- Excellent communication and client counseling skills.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication).
