Key Responsibilities – Key Account Manager
∙ Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
∙ Develop and implement key account strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
∙ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
∙ Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
∙ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
∙ Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
∙ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
∙ Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and account activities in CRM systems.
∙ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
∙ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance reviews for management.
