About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D Draftsman to support and deliver residential interior projects from concept to execution. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and execution plans for modular and non-modular interior spaces.
You will work closely with interior designers, project teams, and execution teams to ensure all drawings align with project specifications, technical standards, and site requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting expertise, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in residential interiors.
Key Responsibilities1. Drafting & Technical Documentation
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings for residential interior projects.
- Convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings and execution plans.
- Create detailed modular kitchen, wardrobe, furniture, ceiling, electrical, and plumbing layouts.
- Update and revise CAD drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation and organized maintenance of project drawings and files.
2. Design Coordination & Execution Support
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and execution teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Support site execution teams with technical clarifications and drawing updates when required.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and coordination, if necessary.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, measurements, and technical standards.
3. Quality & Accuracy
- Maintain high accuracy in measurements, layouts, and detailing.
- Ensure quality standards and consistency across all project drawings.
- Identify and resolve drafting inconsistencies proactively.
- Support timely project delivery by managing multiple drawings and deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential interior drafting and detailing.
- Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customized furniture projects is preferred.
- Experience working on residential interior projects is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
