We are looking for an experienced Embedded Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and validate embedded electronic hardware for microcontroller-based products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in analog and digital circuit design, PCB development, component selection, hardware testing, and product development from prototype to production.
Key Responsibilities
· Design analog and digital electronic circuits for embedded systems.
· Develop schematics, multilayer PCB layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
· Select components and design power supply, signal conditioning, protection, and communication circuits.
· Interface microcontrollers with sensors, communication modules, memory devices, displays, and wireless modules.
· Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, testing, validation, and design optimization.
· Troubleshoot hardware issues during prototype development and production.
· Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and software teams to ensure seamless product integration.
· Prepare design documentation, test reports, manufacturing files, and engineering change documentation.
Required Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in embedded hardware design.
· Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, PCB design, and power electronics.
· Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, OrCAD, or equivalent PCB design tools.
· Experience with STM32, ESP32, or similar microcontrollers.
· Good understanding of communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, RS485, USB, and Ethernet.
· Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and electronic loads.
· Knowledge of EMI/EMC design practices, DFM/DFA principles, and hardware validation techniques.
· Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of EV charging standards (IEC 61851, IEC 62196, OCPP) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
