Front Office Executive / Admin Executive
Megamind Consultants is looking for a proactive and organized Front Office Executive / Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, calls, emails, and visitor handling
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office administration activities
- Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and day-to-day office operations
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and similar platforms to improve productivity and streamline tasks
Requirements
- Prior experience in Administration, Front Office, Reception, or Office Management roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Location: South Delhi, East Delhi, Noida, and nearby areas.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
