An Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with staff and clients, maintaining records, and supporting basic office tasks.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
Support staff with printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Professional attitude and teamwork.
- Additional requirement : Two wheeler with license
