Job Summary
Poona Divisional Productivity Council (PDPC) is seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, promote, and manage professional training programs, webinars, workshops, and industry events. The ideal candidate should have an engineering or management background, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to coordinate with trainers, participants, and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs, webinars, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Coordinate with trainers, speakers, participants, and partner organizations.
- Manage registrations, participant communication, and event logistics.
- Ensure the smooth execution of both online and offline training programs.
- Promote and market training programs through email campaigns, social media, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional content, brochures, and campaign schedules.
- Follow up with prospective participants, respond to enquiries, and support enrollment efforts.
- Prepare training schedules, presentations, attendance records, feedback reports, and post-program documentation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital promotion is preferred.
- Maintain training databases and ensure accurate program records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Prior experience in training coordination, event management, marketing, or administration is an advantage.
