Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with in-depth knowledge of Electrical Control Panels, Switchgears, and experience in marketing of MEP contracts (Electrical, Civil, Plumbing). The ideal candidate must have a strong network in Mumbai and proven expertise in generating business through industry consultants, architects, and PMC firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Electrical Consultants, Architects, and Project Management Consultants (PMC).
- Generate continuous project enquiries directly from Builders, Industries, and Contracting Companies.
- Leverage personal contacts and professional networks to secure new business opportunities in and around Mumbai.
- Design and implement strategic marketing plans for new and existing products and services.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and project outcomes.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective promotion.
- Formulate pricing strategies in line with market trends and company goals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments through meetings, calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and ongoing partnerships.
- Recruit, train, and manage marketing staff and assign responsibilities as needed.
- Conduct market research to assess current market trends and future opportunities.
- Analyze competitor offerings, customer preferences, and market conditions.
- Maintain reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and lead conversion.
- Present business development ideas and contribute towards innovative marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of projects and delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 5–15 years in marketing of electrical panels, switchgears, and infrastructure projects.
- Location Preference: Candidate must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
- Skills: Strong communication & presentation skills, business development mindset, knowledge of the electrical contracting industry, creativity in strategy and execution.
