We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BU Head - Server Storage to lead our Server Storage business unit in Gurugram. Lead and manage the Server Storage Business Unit, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting enterprise clients, system integrators, and channel partners.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for server and storage solutions.
Manage the sales team, set targets, provide coaching, and monitor performance.
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Prepare and present regular business reports and forecasts to senior management.
