About the Role
mTouch Labs is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Services Sales, specifically in Web Application Development, Mobile Application Development, Custom Software Development, and Digital Transformation Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and expanding our presence across domestic and international markets.

You have 5–10 years of selling IT services not products, not SaaS tools, but actual development services. Mobile apps, web platforms, custom software, AI/ML builds, digital transformation. You've sat across the table from enterprise clients and startup founders both, and you know those conversations are completely different.
You consult, not pitch. You sit with a client, understand their product vision or operational gap, and you translate that into a solution mobile app, web platform, AI workflow, custom software. You don't pitch a brochure. You solve a problem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales activities for IT services, prospecting, client meetings, proposal submissions, negotiations, and closures.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in Web Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software Development, AI/ML Solutions, Cloud Services, and Emerging Technologies.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Founders, Product Owners, and key stakeholders.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry events, partnerships, and outbound sales activities.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to propose customized solutions.
Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial agreements.
Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Work closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long-term engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–10 years of proven experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development.
Strong experience selling Web Application Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, SaaS, or Technology Services.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and technology service offerings.
Experience handling domestic and international clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
Experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Existing network of clients, startups, enterprises, or technology decision-makers is an added advantage.
Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
