About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Continental Chef specializing in Italian and Chinese cuisines with expertise in premium milk & fruit shakes. The role requires preparing authentic yet Indian-palate-friendly dishes and shakes in a modern kitchen that operates entirely on induction (no cooking gas).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute high-quality Italian (pasta, pizza, risotto, desserts) and Chinese (noodles, stir-fries, dim sums, gravies) dishes.
- Create refreshing, thick milk & fruit shakes using fresh fruits, Indian flavours, and premium ingredients tailored for Indian consumers.
- Develop and innovate menu items with an Indian twist while maintaining authentic taste and presentation.
- Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and attractive plating.
- Strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen team on recipes and induction-based cooking techniques.
- Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and control food costs.
Requirements
- 4 – 7 years of experience in Italian & Chinese cuisines + milk/fruit shakes.
- Hands-on expertise in both Italian and Chinese cooking.
- Proven experience in making premium shakes.
- Comfortable working entirely on induction cooktops (no gas).
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
