Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Site Supervisor - Interior design industry experience required to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Location: HO- Kamothe, Navi Mumbai (On site- Pan India)
Experience required: 4 to 6yrs
Budget: Upto 25000 per month.
Immediate joiner required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installations and maintenance activities on-site.
- Must have experience in Interior design commercial industry .
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards while managing on-site operations.
- Lead a team of electricians and contractors, providing guidance and support as required.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of electrical systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Maintain documentation and reporting of electrical work done and prepare progress reports.
- Train and mentor staff, ensuring that best practices and safety protocols are adhered to.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Experience in the field of electrical installation or site supervision is preferred.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools used in project management and reporting.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is desirable.
