The Role
We are hiring a VP of Products to own product strategy, management, design, and developer experience across our platform — Inya, Vachana, and an emerging speech-analytics product. You will decide what we build, shape how it feels to use, and make it something both enterprises and developers reach for.
This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Product & Engineering Officer, and a peer to the VP of AI and VP of Engineering. You will lead a multi-disciplinary product organisation — product managers, designers, and developer experience — and run a dual motion: enterprise depth and product-led, self-serve growth.
Your mandate is to turn a world-class AI stack into products people choose, adopt, and stay with.
What You'll Own
- Product strategy & roadmap — the portfolio vision across the product suite: what we build, in what order, and why.
- Product management — the PM function across the platform and configurable-workflow product lines, with crisp prioritisation and ownership of outcomes, not just output.
- Product design & UX — design leadership and the craft bar; intuitive experiences for complex, technical, real-time products.
- Developer experience — APIs, SDKs, documentation, and developer relations that make the platform a joy to build on, in close partnership with Engineering.
- Go-to-market & commercial — positioning, packaging, and pricing across a dual motion (enterprise and product-led self-serve), partnering closely with sales and marketing.
- Discovery & customer insight — research, feedback loops, and data that keep the roadmap anchored to real customer and developer needs.
What We're Looking For
You are a sitting product leader at an enterprise SaaS or high-growth product company, and you have built and shipped products that customers and developers love, at scale.
Core — what matters most
- 15–20 years building products, with significant time in senior product leadership (VP / SVP / CPO).
- Has shipped AI or platform products at scale and owned business outcomes end to end.
- Has led across product management and at least one of design or developer experience — and is ready to lead all three.
- Fluent in a dual motion — enterprise depth and product-led, self-serve growth — and the packaging and pricing choices each demands.
- Technically deep enough to earn engineers' trust and reason about AI system trade-offs (latency, cost, accuracy, evals).
- Strong commercial instincts — positioning, packaging, and partnering with sales and marketing to drive adoption and revenue.

- Building agentic AI / LLM products in production.

A note on the bar: we want a hands-on product builder who has shipped real products — not a program or process manager. Deep voice-AI experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.

- Scaling organisations — building and structuring product, design, and developer-experience teams through growth.
- Talent — hiring and developing product managers, designers, and leads.
- Leading leaders — has directly managed senior product and design leadership, not only individual contributors.
- Influence & alignment — driving decisions across Engineering, AI, Delivery, and GTM, often without direct authority.
- Strategy to delivery — translating company goals into a roadmap and predictable, high-quality execution.
