1. Strategic Leadership
· Leading the Sales & Marketing department with a focus on admissions growth and brand expansion.
· Developing monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing & sales strategies aligned with institute goals.
· Setting performance targets for the sales team and ensuring consistent achievement.
· Driving initiatives to increase lead flow, batch admissions, and market positioning.
2. Sales Team Training & Mentorship
· Training new sales team members on:
o Lead handling
o Communication skills
o Course knowledge
o CRM usage
o Conversion strategies
· Monitoring their daily performance and guiding them to achieve individual and team targets.
· Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for smooth sales operations.
· Motivating, mentoring, and supporting the team to maintain high productivity.
3. Digital Marketing Management
· Planning, running, and optimizing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
· Reviewing campaign data, improving performance, and managing ad budgets.
· Leading all digital marketing activities including:
o Social media content
o Website updates
o SEO planning
o WhatsApp campaigns
o Drip marketing
· Coordinating with the design team to ensure consistent branding and high-quality creatives.
4. CRM & Lead Flow Supervision
· Ensuring smooth functioning of Salesmax CRM, including integrations and automations.
· Monitoring lead quality, assignment, follow-ups, and conversions.
· Identifying gaps in the lead funnel and fixing them with the sales team.
5. Website & Technical Coordination
· Coordinating with the website development agency for:
o Page updates
o Booking portal fixes
o AI chatbot integration
o UX improvements
o Sitemap updates
· Ensuring the website is up-to-date with accurate batch details and course information.
6. Reporting & Analytics
· Preparing weekly marketing and sales performance reports for management.
· Analyzing KPI trends and presenting insights with recommended actions.
· Monitoring competitor activities and providing strategic inputs.
7. Cross-Departmental Coordination
· Working closely with:
o Sales team
o Accounts team (budget & payments)
o Designer
o External partners & agencies
· Ensuring workflow alignment between Marketing → Sales → Management
8. Additional Responsibilities
· Supporting institute events, webinars, and seminars.
· Handling high-level communication with maritime companies for candidate scheduling and partnerships.
· Maintaining discipline, data accuracy, and professional communication at all times.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
