- Operate CNC bending/press brake machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and bending schedules.
- Perform machine setup, tooling selection, and program loading as per production requirements.
- Measure bend angles, dimensions, and tolerances using measuring instruments.
- Conduct first-piece inspection before commencing mass production.
- Ensure all components meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities immediately.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Maintain production records, inspection reports, and machine logs.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize machine utilization.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production Planning, and Maintenance teams.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Comply with company safety rules and wear appropriate PPE.
- Report any quality defects, machine issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
