Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Tele sales Executive with experience in banking or financial product sales. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain and promote company products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Convince customers and handle objections effectively
- Follow up with interested clients
- Maintain daily call records and sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling
- Experience in banking, loans, NBFC, or insurance sales preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM is a plus
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + attractive incentives
