- Source and screen candidates across multiple job portals
- Coordinate interviews and assessments
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Build and maintain a candidate database
- Handle offer letter generation and joining formalities
Employee Onboarding
- Manage new employee onboarding
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Maintain employee documentation
- Ensure smooth joining experience
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance and leave records
- Support payroll coordination
- Update HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company processes
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in organizing team activities and events
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Promote a positive workplace culture
Performance & Reporting
- Assist in performance review processes
- Maintain HR reports and employee data
- Prepare recruitment and HR activity reports
Pay: ₹10,860.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
