Infyni is a SkillTech company delivering learning solutions to students, professionals, and enterprises worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to support our marketing initiatives and generate quality leads across the US and Indian markets.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, managing CRM activities, and improving our online presence. This role requires someone who can work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for the USA and India.
- Manage campaigns using Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing Plus.
- Run paid and organic campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube.
- Execute email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Build and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
- Track campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Implement SEO best practices along with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Work closely with internal teams to improve marketing performance and brand visibility.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Lead Generation and Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing Plus.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and YouTube marketing.
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and landing pages.
- Good understanding of SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Contract Terms
- This is a 3-month remote contract.
- During the contract period, the selected consultant is expected to be fully available for Infyni and should not undertake any other client or freelance projects.
- The engagement will be reviewed at the end of the 3-month contract based on performance and business requirements. Exceptional performance may lead to consideration for a full-time opportunity.
