- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Design basic graphics and coordinate with designers/video editors for high-quality content.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products, services, and events.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers for promotional activities.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
