This is a senior-level role for someone who knows how to lead complex web projects from kickoff through launch without losing steam in the middle. As Lead Digital Website Manager, you'll own high-impact initiatives across Daxko's public websites and web experiences, managing timelines, stakeholders, and quality standards while using data and AI tools to keep everything running efficiently. You'll work closely with teams in the US and India and serve as the go-to point of contact for cross-functional digital initiatives.
What you'll do

Lead digital marketing and website development projects across Daxko's public websites, microsites, landing pages, and integrated campaigns, from sprint planning through post-launch review

Serve as the primary point of contact for complex cross-functional web initiatives, including technical SEO, CRO, and QA

Build and maintain detailed project plans in Asana, keeping timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations aligned throughout

Manage stakeholder relationships at the Director and VP level with clear, consistent communication and a steady hand in challenging conversations

Use AI tools and analytics platforms to inform forecasting, performance reporting, and timeline decisions

Partner with US- and India-based team members to execute project milestones efficiently across time zones

Identify workflow improvements that reduce turnaround times and improve outcomes like web traffic and conversion rates
What you'll bring

10+ years of experience in website and digital project management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or agency environment

Proven track record managing marketing website projects from kickoff to launch with measurable results

Deep understanding of web development workflows, CMS platforms, plugin integrations, and digital campaign mechanics

Strong project management skills with experience in tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com

Comfortable communicating across all levels, from technical teams to executive stakeholders

Experience using AI tools in planning, reporting, or optimization workflows

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or GoHighLevel

Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo

Experience with analytics tools for performance reporting and insights
