Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, hotels, resorts, clubs, and consultants to promote company products.
- Generate new business leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and project closures.
- Plan and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, dealer meets, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain a network of channel partners, dealers, and business associates.
- Prepare marketing reports and track business development activities.
- Travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
- Achieve monthly marketing and business development targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with architects, builders, and corporate clients.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and project discussions.
- Experience in construction, real estate, swimming pools, prefab structures, or related industries will be preferred.
