Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing customized physical therapy programs to help patients recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall mobility and quality of life. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and a passionate commitment to patient-centric care across various age groups and conditions.
Key Responsibilities 1. Patient Assessment & Diagnosis • Conduct thorough initial evaluations of patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, medical histories, and goals. • Diagnose movement dysfunctions and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
2. Treatment Implementation & Care • Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other specialized modalities. • Provide specialized care based on patient needs (e.g.musculoskeletal sports injuries, neurological rehab, or geriatric care). • Conduct home-visit sessions for patients requiring domiciliary care, ensuring the same standard of clinical excellence outside the clinic setting.
3. Monitoring & Documentation • Maintain meticulous, confidential, and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress and adjusting treatment protocols accordingly. • Establish clear, measurable short-term and long-term functional goals for each patient.
4. Patient Education & Collaboration • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs (HEPs), ergonomic adjustments, and injury prevention strategies. • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and referring physicians, to ensure holistic patient recovery. Skills & Qualifications
EDUCATION- BPTh, MPTh in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Sports Medicine is highly preferred. • Experience: Freshers also welcomed
- Strong hands-on skills in manual therapy and exercise prescription.
- Exceptional interpersonal and active listening skills to build rapport with diverse patient demographics.
- Strong time-management skills to balance clinic OPD and external home-visit schedules.
- Patience and adaptability, especially when working in specialized pediatric or neurological rehabilitation settings.
