We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CGRMS Supervisor to take charge of end-to-end call centre operations at the JEEVIKA Command & Control Centre. This is a leadership role where you’ll guide teams, ensure seamless client interactions, and drive operational excellence that directly impacts citizen services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee call centre operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead and mentor helpline executives, fostering a culture of support and accountability.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within deadlines and SLAs.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Handle escalations with professionalism and resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards and reporting requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory).
- Leadership: Strong team management and motivational skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal abilities to build trust with both teams and clients.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in call centre operations or client-facing supervisory roles.
- Skills: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and use call-handling systems effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Location: Must be able to commute or relocate to Patna, Bihar.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
