KOPAQ Innovations is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys building customer relationships, and is committed to achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet prospective customers and present company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
- 1–3 years of sales experience (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
