Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to spearhead our market expansion at MM Agri. Based in Karnal, you will be the face of our premium agricultural components, responsible for driving revenue growth by managing our dealer networks and building strong relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) clients across the region.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients and gather feedback for product improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor pricing, new product launches, and agricultural market trends.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular forecasts to the senior management team..
Qualifications
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Agricultural Machinery, Auto-components, or Industrial Hardware sectors
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Agricultural Science (MBA is a plus).
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (60-70% of the time) to meet clients and visit field sites.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Karnal.
