Key Responsibilities
✔ Contact leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, website, and WhatsApp campaigns
✔ Explain aesthetic treatments and clinic services professionally
✔ Convert inquiries into appointments and consultations
✔ Follow up with prospective patients and maintain lead records
✔ Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
✔ Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries
✔ Maintain CRM and patient database accurately
✔ Build strong relationships with patients and ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ Experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, healthcare marketing, or patient coordination preferred
✅ Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
✅ Confident speaking over phone and WhatsApp
✅ Goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills
✅ Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Preferred
⭐ Experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, dental, dermatology, wellness, or healthcare sectors
⭐ Experience handling Facebook and Instagram leads
⭐ Ability to achieve consultation booking and conversion targets
