You Are:
A seasoned Workday Financials Integrations Lead Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementation and deployment. You bring a positive, can-do attitude and thrive in a leadership role while contributing to integration strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement within UST’s Workday practice.
The Opportunity:
- Partner with business and end-user teams to interpret requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and configure integrations aligned to customer needs
- Perform hands-on Workday integration configuration, testing, and deployment activities across projects
- Support production environments by monitoring integration jobs, troubleshooting errors, and resolving issues in collaboration with client teams
- Work closely with project managers and functional consultants to configure integrations aligned with Workday implementation methodologies
- Manage multiple priorities across global teams and deliver within time-critical project deadlines
- Provide leadership by reviewing deliverables, supporting junior developers, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for clients
What you need:
- Must have Workday Financials core certification and Workday Integration certification
- Experience in an integration/technical role across at least 2 Workday Financials implementations or large-scale support projects
- At least 4+ years of experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials integrations and APIs
- At least 3+ years of experience working with Workday Financial modules such as FDM (Foundational Data Model), Supplier & Customer Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and Revenue Management
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes within Workday Financials
- Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver integrations aligned with business needs
- Experience mentoring junior integration developers and conducting knowledge transfer sessions
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
