We are looking for a passionate and energetic MERN Stack Developer & Trainer to join our academy team at EIQ Academy.
This role combines:
- Real-world MERN stack development
- Teaching and mentoring students
- Building practical projects
- Conducting live coding sessions and workshops
If you enjoy coding and also love teaching students in a practical and engaging way, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Train students in:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- Conduct live coding and hands-on sessions
- Guide students in building real-time projects
- Create assignments, mini projects, and assessments
- Support students with debugging and project deployment
- Work on internal development projects when required
- Help students prepare for interviews and placements
- Maintain training materials and course documentation
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in MERN Stack Development
- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integration
- Experience with MongoDB, React Hooks, JWT, Express, Node.js
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and deployment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling online/offline training batches
- Knowledge of Next.js or TypeScript is a plus
- Experience building real-world applications
- Familiarity with cloud deployment (Vercel, Netlify, AWS basics)
Eligibility
- 1–2 years experience in MERN Stack Development
- Prior training/teaching experience preferred
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
