About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join the Beyond Just Work team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems and networks, and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT-related activities across the workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily IT operations and provide technical support to employees and clients.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, routers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues.
- Manage Wi-Fi connectivity, LAN setup, CCTV systems, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and AMC services.
- Maintain IT inventory including laptops, desktops, accessories, and networking devices.
- Ensure timely system updates, antivirus management, and data backup processes.
- Support meeting room setups including projectors, TVs, conferencing devices, and audio systems.
- Monitor system performance and maintain security protocols.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up devices, emails, and access permissions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support / IT Administration.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows systems, routers, printers, and CCTV management.
- Basic understanding of cloud tools, email configurations, and user access management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in coworking spaces, offices, or hospitality environments will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of basic networking and firewall management.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and remote support tools.
