Position Summary
Girikand Travels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle visitors and calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages when required.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Coordinate interview schedules and meeting room arrangements.
- Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and office correspondence.
- Support HR and administrative activities as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist employees with basic administrative requirements.
- Handle inquiries regarding company services and direct them to the concerned department.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, Excel).
- Presentable personality with professional behavior.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experience in front office, customer service, or receptionist role will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
