Job Summary
Woods Hospitality is looking for passionate and skilled culinary professionals to join our kitchen team. We are hiring Commi II and Commi III for both Indian Kitchen and Chinese Kitchen. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen hygiene, and maintaining food quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
For Indian Kitchen
Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per standard recipes.
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages.
Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
For Chinese Kitchen
Prepare Chinese dishes, sauces, gravies, and accompaniments.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Assist in mise en place and kitchen preparation activities.
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients.
Follow hotel SOPs and food safety standards.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Indian or Chinese cuisine.
Understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
