The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and screening candidates for sales roles and the ability to deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines. Recruiters with experience in telecom, direct sales, broadband, home internet, or FMCG hiring are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for Outdoor Sales Executive positions.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and shortlisting.
- Coordinate candidate submissions and interview scheduling.
- Ensure candidates meet the client's hiring requirements.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
- Experience hiring for sales, telecom, broadband, home internet, or direct sales roles is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
