Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for Outdoor Sales Executive positions.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and shortlisting.
- Coordinate candidate submissions and interview scheduling.
- Ensure candidates meet the client's hiring requirements.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
- Experience hiring for sales, telecom, broadband, home internet, or direct sales roles is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing skills through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
