Job Responsibilities:
- Visit customers directly for business development and collection activities
- Generate leads for Gold Loan and other financial products
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for repayments and overdue accounts
- Conduct field verification and customer document collection
- Support branch operations and achieve monthly targets
- Update daily field visit reports to branch management
Eligibility:
- Experience in NBFC / Finance / Gold Loan sector preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Basic knowledge of collections and sales process
