Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & IT Coordinator to support our day-to-day HR operations while ensuring smooth coordination of office IT assets and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable handling both employee administration and basic IT coordination. The role does not require advanced technical expertise. Instead, you will act as the first point of contact for routine IT requests and coordinate with external vendors whenever technical intervention is required.
Role & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
HR Operations
● Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees.
● Prepare and maintain employee documentation and personnel records.
● Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and induction. ● Coordinate employee letters, ID cards, and other HR administrative activities.
● Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications.
● Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
IT Coordination
● Maintain an accurate inventory of laptops, desktops, monitors, and other IT assets.
● Allocate and collect company assets during employee onboarding and exit.
● Maintain records of asset issuance, returns, warranties, and repairs.
● Perform basic system setup for new employees.
● Provide first-level support for routine issues such as Wi-Fi connectivity, printers, peripherals, and basic system troubleshooting.
● Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, upgrades, and technical issues beyond first-level support.
● Ensure office internet, networking equipment, and common IT resources remain operational through timely coordination.
● Maintain records of software licenses, accessories, and IT consumables.
● Keep spare systems and accessories organized and ready for deployment.
Administration
● Coordinate with office vendors and service providers.
● Maintain office equipment records.
● Support procurement of office and IT supplies.
● Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
● Handle other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
● Strong organizational and coordination skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication.
● Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
● Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues independently.
● Comfortable learning new software and internal systems.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
● Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
● Familiarity with HRMS platforms is an added advantage.
● Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and IT asset management is preferred.
● Experience in administration or coordination roles will be an advantage.
