Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic International Voice Process Executive to support our business development team by making high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients across the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, confidence in handling international calls, and the ability to meet daily calling targets while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
- Introduce the company's freight brokerage and logistics services to potential clients.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their transportation and shipping requirements.
- Generate interest and schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Follow approved call scripts while adapting conversations to customer needs.
- Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call, productivity, and lead qualification targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
- Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in an international voice process, telecalling, BPO, inside sales, or customer support role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and neutral accent.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making 200+ outbound calls daily.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
