The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing and executing a broad range of financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong background in financial management, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Entries & Reporting:

Execute accurate financial entries across all relevant accounts and maintain comprehensive financial records using Zoho Books.

Prepare, review, and present financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Perform regular audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting guidelines.
GST Filing & Compliance:

Oversee the timely and accurate filing of GST returns, ensuring full compliance with all applicable tax regulations.

Maintain thorough and organized documentation for all GST-related transactions, including input and output tax records, for easy reference and audit purposes.

Stay updated on GST regulations and implement changes as needed to ensure continuous compliance.
TDS Deposit & Filing:

Manage the precise and timely deposit of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.

Maintain detailed records of all TDS transactions, ensuring they are accurately reflected in financial reports and that necessary filings are completed on time.

Prepare and submit required TDS reports and certificates to relevant authorities, and provide necessary documentation for audits.
Payroll Processing:

Administer the payroll process end-to-end, including the calculation and disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and incentives.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing, strictly adhering to company policies, tax regulations, and labor laws.
Payment Processing:

Oversee the processing of payments to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, promptness, and adherence to contractual terms.

Record all payment transactions meticulously in the financial system, managing payment schedules to ensure no delays or discrepancies.

Reconcile payment records with bank statements and vendor accounts to maintain accuracy in financial records.
Qualifications Required:

Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, CA Inter or a related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance role, with demonstrable proficiency in Zoho Books.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll management, and financial reporting standards.

Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
