Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and achieving departmental goals. The role involves coordinating team activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees.
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
- Monitor employee performance and provide guidance and support.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
- Resolve employee and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new employees.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and resource utilization where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of work experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of operational procedures and workplace safety.
