We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. The candidate will be responsible for space planning, design development, client coordination, and supervising project execution.
1. Key Responsibilities
* Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards.
* Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
* Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences.
* Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor.
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, carpenters, and vendors.
* Supervise site work and ensure design quality is maintained.
* Manage project timelines and budgets.
* Guide and support junior designers.
2*. Required Qualifications*
* Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
* 2-3 years experience in residential/commercial interior projects.
* Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, and finishing.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
* Good communication and client-handling skills.
3. Preferred Skills
* Strong creativity and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects.
* Experience in site supervision and project coordination.
