We are looking for an Analyst to support U.S.-based Strategic Marketers in providing impactful marketing campaigns. This role focuses on executing tactical components across digital channels, assisting with content creation, data tracking, and operational logistics. It offers an opportunity to build foundational marketing skills while working with tools and processes that could help drive the campaign effectively. Accuracy, brand alignment, and a client-first mindset are central to this position.

Work Environment and Shift Timings
Deloitte offers a hybrid working environment designed to support flexibility and business requirements. The following schedule applies to this role:
- In the office: Tuesday and Wednesday are designated work-from-office days.

Work schedule: You can choose to work in a staggered schedule (11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) OR 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. It's a business expectation that you will be available until 11.00pm

The work you’ll do
As an Analyst, you will support campaign planning by analyzing research and market data to provide insights for strategy and reporting. You will assist in managing campaign calendars, contact databases, and marketing pipelines to maintain operational readiness.
Your role includes drafting, formatting, and proofreading marketing content—such as newsletters, social media posts, and internal communications—while determining brand alignment. You will assist in executing campaigns across email, social media, websites, and events by coordinating with internal teams, maintaining data accuracy, and managing logistics for activations like event coordination, email scheduling, and asset preparation.
You will help create and distribute content across digital channels to support demand generation and collaborate with teams to meet campaign requirements, including identifying target audiences. To measure impact, you will compile and analyze campaign data, monitor metrics like engagement and open rates, and contribute to performance summaries.
The successful candidate will possess

- Communication & Stakeholder Support — Collaborating effectively, providing timely updates, and managing project status with guidance from senior team members.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills — Interpreting basic data sets, identifying trends, and proposing practical insights.
- Campaign & Project Coordination — Supporting multi-channel campaign delivery, planning activities, and facilitating timely execution aligned with objectives.
- Quality & Attention to Detail — Reviewing work for accuracy and completeness to maintain high standards.
- Financial & Process Adherence — Tracking expenses, processing invoices, and following financial policies.
- Technical Proficiency — Using standard marketing platforms and tools for campaign execution and dashboard maintenance.
- Adaptability — Adjusting to shifting priorities and solving routine marketing challenges in dynamic environments.
- Experience Required in Foundational Marketing Responsibilities & Channel Execution Including:
- Experience supporting paid advertising setup, managing assets, and preparing basic performance reports.
- Experience coordinating event logistics, including registration, materials preparation, and attendance tracking.
- Experience assisting in building and maintaining lead lists and preparing materials for demand generation campaigns.
- Practical knowledge of managing email lists, setting up templates, and monitoring delivery metrics for email marketing.
- Experience scheduling social media posts and monitoring engagement metrics across platforms.
- Exposure to content marketing processes, including gathering inputs, drafting initial versions, and organizing assets.
- Experience supporting digital marketing activations such as video, podcast, webcasts, or webinars, including setup and publishing logistics.
- Familiarity with updating website content and supporting digital experience tracking and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a professional services environment.
- MBA (preferred) or any Master’s degree.
