Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Responding to inquiries via phone, in-person to provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting problems, handling customer complaints, and finding effective solutions to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Order & Transaction Management: Processing orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring all details are accurate.
- Data Management: Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback,
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are critical for explaining complex information simply.
- Education: 8th pass
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
