Job Description: Senior AI Engineer – Primacy AI

Role Overview
Primacy Infotech is looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to build and lead Primacy AI, our internal and client-facing AI platform.
The platform will support ERP implementation, Odoo development, project management, sales, support, documentation, employee productivity, reporting and business automation.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and develop the Primacy AI platform.
· Build AI agents, copilots and RAG-based knowledge systems.
· Integrate AI with Odoo, ERP, CRM, email, documents and internal applications.
· Create AI solutions for BRD, FRD, GAP analysis, proposals, testing and implementation.
· Build AI tools for sales, project management, HR, finance and customer support.
· Develop secure document search, extraction and intelligent automation workflows.
· Deploy and monitor AI applications in production.
· Improve accuracy, performance, security and AI operating costs.
· Guide developers and define AI architecture and engineering standards.
· Track and evaluate new AI trends, models and frameworks.
Required Skills
· Strong Python and API development experience.
· Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG and AI agents.
· Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama or similar models.
· Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
· Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Qdrant or Weaviate.
· Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Git and cloud deployment.
· Experience integrating AI with ERP or enterprise applications.
· Odoo experience will be highly preferred.
· Strong understanding of AI security, access control and data privacy.
Preferred Profile
· 4+ years of AI, ML or intelligent automation experience.
· At least 2 years of practical Generative AI experience.
· Experience deploying production-grade AI applications.
· Strong problem-solving, leadership and product-development skills.
· Ability to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
