About the Role
Optimark Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and well-mannered Office Boy / Peon to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, responsible, polite, and willing to handle routine office support and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic documentation work.
- Deliver and collect documents, letters, and other office materials when required.
- Assist in arranging files, stationery, and other office supplies.
- Purchase or collect routine office requirements from nearby markets.
- Help with opening and closing basic office arrangements, as required.
- Assist staff members with general day-to-day office support.
- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are neat and ready for use.
- Perform other reasonable office-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass; 12th Pass preferred.
- Previous office/helper/peon experience will be an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
- Should be punctual, honest, disciplined, and dependable.
- Good manners and a polite attitude toward colleagues and visitors.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks responsibly.
- Basic understanding of Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Must be physically fit for routine office support work.
- Knowledge of the local Patna area will be an advantage.
