- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Handle billing through POS systems and accept cash/UPI/card payments
- Ensure quick service while maintaining quality standards Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items as per standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times Operations & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, tables, and service areas
- Follow opening and closing procedures of the café.
- Assist in stock checking and replenishment
- Minimize wastage and report shortages Team & Compliance
- Work collaboratively with team members during peak hours
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety norms
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required Requirements & Skills
- 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma is a plus)
- Prior experience in café/QSR preferred but freshers welcome
- Basic English/Hindi communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High energy, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.
