Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable laptops, desktops, accessories, and related products.
- Explain product specifications, features, pricing, and offers in simple terms.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, and IT hardware.
- Ability to understand and explain technical specifications such as Processor, RAM, SSD, Graphics, and Display.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good presentation and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, electronics, mobile, computer, or IT hardware sales is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following will have an advantage:
- Laptop or computer retail stores
- Electronics retail
- Mobile phone stores
- Consumer electronics
- IT hardware sales
- Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS or similar brands
