- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses and treatments tailored to elderly patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic patient care.
- Communicate care plans and patient progress effectively to familes
- Provie immediate emergency care and coordinate further treatment as required.
- Maintain accurate, complaint and up to date medical documentation.
