We are a premium women's couture and luxury western wear brand dedicated to creating high-quality, impeccably tailored garments. We are looking for an experienced Women's Couture Pattern Master who has exceptional pattern-making skills and a deep understanding of luxury garment construction.
Key Responsibilities
· Create accurate first patterns from designer sketches and technical drawings.
· Develop patterns for couture gowns, dresses, jumpsuits, jackets, skirts, trousers, and coordinated sets.
· Perform pattern grading and size development.
· Work closely with designers and sampling teams.
· Conduct fit sessions and implement corrections.
· Ensure excellent garment balance, comfort, and production feasibility.
· Create marker plans to minimize fabric wastage.
· Collaborate with cutting and production departments.
· Maintain pattern libraries and technical documentation.
Required Skills
· 5+ years of experience in women's couture or premium western wear.
· Strong expertise in manual pattern making and draping.
· Excellent understanding of garment construction, fitting, and finishing.
· Experience with luxury fabrics.
· Ability to interpret fashion sketches into production-ready patterns.
· Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
· Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology, Pattern Making, or Apparel Manufacturing.
· Experience with designer labels or couture houses.
· Understanding of sampling and production processes.
